- Analyse client business processes and recommend ERP solutions to optimize operations
- Conduct staff training sessions on ERP systems and POS solutions
Christopher Kibathi is the Business Development Director – MEA, with over 24 years of experience in the ICT industry across multiple sectors, including more than 18 years in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution implementations. His core expertise includes business digital transformation solutions, digital solution design and research, business process mapping, project management, and strategic management.
