Challenges 

The restaurant management approached us to implement a unified software solution to manage all their restaurant operations on a single platform. They required a system that enables customers to place orders using tablets and QR code scanning, with digital menus displayed on customers’ mobile devices. Once an order is placed, it should be reflected on the kitchen display system and kitchen station printers. In addition, the solution needed to support full hospitality functionality, including offers and promotions, customer loyalty programs, and integration with online food aggregators for managing online orders.

Software licensing and implementation costs were also key considerations due to their strict budget constraints

Solutions 

LS Apps implemented LS Central from the ground up, delivering a complete end-to-end hospitality solution. The LS Central POS system was fully configured across all tablets, along with Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) and Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT) printing to ensure seamless order processing from front-of-house to kitchen operations.

The solution included the configuration of offers and promotions, customer loyalty programs, and secures payment gateway integrations to enhance the overall customer experience. A pilot implementation was first completed at one restaurant to validate system performance and operational workflows.
